Stage 1 Assessment -
In order to maximise the face-to-face time with our consultants, any personality and psychometric tests can be completed before meeting with the individual to discuss the findings. This allows the first level of interpretation to be done prior to an assessment meeting, although we ensure that all tests incorporate a follow-up session to provide feedback and to corroborate any findings. The majority of the Stage 1 Assessments can be undertaken on an individual basis or as part of a Development Centre, depending on the numbers undertaking the programme at any one time. The actual combination of techniques used is tailored according to client requirements.
